For over 30 years ARDEMA. SRL has specialized in medium and large precision mechanical machining, especially in the machining of components for planetary and special gearboxes, axles and other parts for the agricultural, construction, mining and naval sectors.
The company can offer a quality product turned, drilled, milled, ground and complete of any eventual heat or surface treatments.
The machined materials are steel forgings, cast iron and aluminum castings up to 1.500 mm mm in diameter.
The production offers a total tracking of the product by monitoring each progress phase using a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software that allows the constant optimization of the productive activities.

The team consists of 20 units and is constantly growing. Our customers are both national and international.
The company has certified ISO 9001:2015 since 2009 and ISO 14001:2015 since 2022 and has a metrology room equipped with 1 Zeiss machine that allow the control of all parts up to 2.500 mm.
